May 12th 2022!⃝Yall, this song just like many others from bmth is about substane addiction. He wants some to help him thats why hes asking if they can feel his heart thats aching fot help. We can notice this in "Can you help the hopeless?

Also in "I'm sorry, brothers, so sorry, lover, Forgive me, father, I love you, mother" he is saying sorry to his family because this is all linked to his substance abuse. Oli actually came forward in a concert and explain that he wrote the lyrics "im scared to get close, i hate being alone, i long for that feelig to not feel at all, the higher i get, the lower ill sink, i cant drown my demons they know how to swim" in rehab. Actually "the higher i get, the lower ill sink" is only partially a metaphor since he did get high. The demons represent his addiction and that part of him that constantly need drugs, meanwhile the feeling to not feel at all is all the guilt and all the part of him that knows that what hes doing is wrong, and has all the "trauma".
