Mar 26th 2021!⃝My daughter was taken from me. I was Devastated. Destroyed. In Deep Depression. I saw Fleetwood Mac on PBS. Rihanna described her perfectly: She was "Taken by the Sky!" "Wouldn't you love to love her?" Every second that passed was one more second that I was away from her. Then the band played "Don't stop thinking about tomorrow, Don't stop, it will soon be here. It will be here better than before. Yesterday's gone, yesterday's gone." When I heard that for the first time, I thought, no way, that's impossible! As time has passed I've come to realize, I will never "move on," as so many people say. The song does not say that. I am a different person, I will never be the same person I was, but I can't be stuck in the past. I can't stop thinking about tomorrow because it will soon be here for me. It has been and it will be and I will deal with it and move forward and find new joy! Those two songs saved me.
