She and Gary met on a flight to Dallas which is where she is originally from. Angela didnt suffer from bipolar disorder, she suffered from multiple allergies which would trigger mirgains where she would be in pain for hours. One night in October after Gary had returned from being on the road she asked him to get her a Coke from the kitchen cause she was very sick and thought it might help. While he was in the kitchen she shot herself in their bedroom. She is buried in Cleburne, Texas. There was nothing wrong with Angela other than she couldn't take the pain from the headaches and the allergies that caused them. She and Gary loved each other very much. Gary record this song cause he said in the months after her passing that he would find himself "Watching Airplanes" he felt like it brought her back to him for just a moment. The lines "You're 30,000 feet above me but a million miles away." And "Bye, Bye, Bye, Bye Baby." Really give the true meaning of what this song means to him and his grieving process.
