Dollhouse is about Crybaby's family life. Although her family seems perfect on the outside, when no-one's looking, it all falls apart. Her dad is not a loyal partner, cheating with a 'sl*t'. The mother is an alcoholic and could also possibly be a drug addict and Crybaby's brother smokes cannabis. In the midst of all this chaos, Crybaby is the only normal one and the only person who is witnessing all of this. She hopes/knows that one day somebody else will find out about all of this.
'One day they'll see what goes down in the kitchen.'
Even though she knows it's all wrong, she still tries to get everyone to stay the 'perfect family' they are for society.
Its actual meaning:
The song is about how not everything seems perfect on the outside. The girl is representing the outside world, and Crybaby's family is representing the 'perfect' family, person, relationship, etc. Whenever others aren't around, things turn from perfect to disaster.
