Feb 5th 2018!⃝I think it means someone that has a hard life threw depression and a rough life no matter what they do love life is shit and no one around will help when you ask for help your just odd to the society life to everyone around you so basically thats why he also say ive been threw hell cause no one has delt with things you have like no other.
