Apr 22nd 2011!⃝probably that he knows that the state of the nation is so bad that he, as a common man can do nothing about it, so he is left waiting and, hoping that everything sorts itself out.
he has no hope that that will ever happen but he has no other hope to beleive in and hence is "still waiting"
