Mar 10th 2014!⃝I think this is about a boy who has dedicated his whole life and world to his work/music and that has been all he has cared about or known, and he is addressing the fact that he KNOWS that he has this lovely perfect girl who he knows loves him from afar and he has never dedicated the time to her.
He is too busy in his own world, and he isn't really sorry for that "Just remember I know." But now he's achieving success, he's about to leave (on tour perhaps) and he can taste what he's worked for coming to him. "I am leaving, this is starting To feel like it's right before my eyes. And I can taste it, it's my sweet beginning"
He says time is running out hes about to go away, and he realizes what could be, what he could have with her, how busy he has been but he doesn't regret it he knows full well what he's giving up...
and he's telling himself he will relect on this in a while but not now and she knows how things stand. "In a few weeks, I will get time To realize it's right before my eyes. And I can take it, if it's what I want to do" He's deciding. And he has feelings for her, but he chooses his work and he wants her to know he knows she doesn't want to be alone, he knows what she wants. But he reflects, maybe its best because shes too sweet for him and he cant be the man she wants and give her his full heart. His heart is dedicated to his work. "I wouldn't test you I'm not the best you could have attained Why try anything?
I will get there, just remember I know."
I feel a sort of hey I know im giving up love i know what i choose and i choose it and i know and you are lovely but theres no time
