This song is a bit like "1985" by bowling for soup, because the woman is looking back at her past and kind of wondering "how did I get from there to here?". She went from being a "bad girl" to being a soccer mom.
At the end, the observation is offered that when porn stars get older, they must move on to become "volvo driving soccer moms", because you don't find them doing the deviant things they used to do.
It's also just a fun song.
