The one that resonates the most with me is that a girl just broke up with a guy, or vice versa, and he (or she) doesn't know how they're going to continue without the other. They feel lost without the other person and not sure what to do. He/she feels like with the other person, they were whole, and now they're on their own, they're broken
I feel really strongly about this song. When I broke up with my sort-of boyfriend, he sent me this song and I spent a few days crying.
