Jul 31st 2017!⃝"Pack up, I'm straight"....She's telling him that she's ok with his leaving but then contradicts herself in the very next lyric with "enough, oh say, say, say...wait they don't love you like I love you" Her true feelings are that she wants him to feel this way. She wants him to say these things because she feels this way about him.
"Pack up, don't stray, my kind's your kind, I'll stay the same" She's letting him know now that she's ok with his leaving as long as he remains faithful and to never forget that she is his, and she will stay that way, her feelings will not change.
