He is saying its not rap and its an attempt to make the voices stop, he is focusing on something else and writing things down so he isn't left with his thoughts.
The next part of the song is the chorus and hes asking if someone can save his heavy dirty soul. this is meaning, can someone save him before he loses his mind or does something bad.
He calls himself a gangster and gangsters dont cry so he is misty eyed meaning he only has tear in his eyes and can not cry.
The mindless zombies are other people who are controlled by the trends that are happening and the people who follow what others do and say, hence the reason they say YOLO. And you have one time to figure it all out, means you have one time to figure out who you want to be, a follower or a leader.
And after the chorus he says "Death inspires me like a dog inspires a rabbit" A dog makes a rabbit run away to try and live and that's what death is to him, it makes him want to live and fight to stay alive.
