I’m not quite sure how to explain it but rain is either a symbol of turmoil or of cleansing. “If you can love me again again, I can let go of everything” I think that ‘you’ can be represented as anything, whether or be a person you’re close with or an emotion you haven’t felt in a while or literally anything. With that being said, it could be seen as you’re looking at a situation from outer space (from the out side) and are finally able to come to terms with it and embrace it fully, and you gain a sense of peace. Every living thing needs water to grow, and now with the rain, you can grow, you can let go and accept what has happened. This is just kinda of what I’ve interpreted it as, but it has multiple meaning to it when I’m listening to it at certain times. I love how it has a different meaning to everyone.
